The CONCORDE takes its name from one of Norman Walsh’s iconic sprinting shoes developed in the 1970s. Inspired by the sleek engineering of the Concorde aircraft, the design reflects a streamlined silhouette originally created for elite track athletes, including members of the British Olympic team. The original version was celebrated for its ultra-lightweight construction and minimalist racing form.

Reinterpreted for modern wear, the Concorde blends heritage running design with contemporary materials. The upper combines Napa full-grain leather with twill fabric, offering a balance of structure, breathability, and refined texture. Inside, a cushioned pigskin and latex insole enhances everyday comfort.

The shoe is finished with a Vibram® rubber outsole for reliable traction and durability, while high-quality stitching threads from COATS — a historic British manufacturer with over 270 years of expertise — add another layer of craftsmanship to the construction.
